Center for Native Futures' Mound Summit Symposium is a biennial event that brings together Native artists, curators, poets, and thinkers to imagine ourselves and our futures richly from atop a metaphoric effigy mound.In this year's Symposium, we highlighted Native-led arts spaces from across the country and Canada.

Our 2025 Mound Summit image was created by CfNF artist Camille "Katahtu'ntha" Billie. It is a white tailed hare with Maryland cypress, both changing their forms for the winter and storytelling season.
